Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
• Delivery Time: Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5-7 business days. International shipping times may vary.
• Free Pickup: Available at our Minneapolis, MN studio. Select "Free Pickup" at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
• Delivery Issues: Nova Aura Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

• All Sales Final: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds. Please review all product details before purchasing.

Lost or Damaged Items

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate it.
• Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
