HEY! IM KIRSTEN
SHE/HER
A Minneapolis-based healer with over 11 years of experience.
I graduated from Northwestern health sciences in 2010.
I specialize in trigger point therapy, cranial sacral, cupping, myofascial release, gua sha, and reiki level 4.
What called me to be a healer was my intuition.
It feels so natural to do bodywork & healing energy on a client.
I have always been very passionate & have had a love for health and wellness.
From my experiences from working at commercial massage studios I felt drawn to follow my dreams of being an entrepreneur and to create a unique personal & more genuine experience for clients.
MY APPROACH
I believe that body work & healing is such a special & important service.
To understand and listen to our bodies.
I want to help others in a world where people do not notice or realize how much pain we live within our bodies.
Life should not be lived in pain.
Life should be lived feeling comfortable,
happy and full of contentment within yourself.

Far-infrared pad that’s infused with 20 pounds of amethyst crystal.
The pad has a many benefits. Eases joint pain, reduce stress and fatigue, relieves anxiety, reduces inflammation, and eliminates toxins from the body. This is service can be used on its own or added to your massage.
